Just we had a total nightmare with Ashley Furniture, they never came through on their promises.

They lied to us throughout the whole ordeal.

And we got defective merchandise that they have not replaced.

Okay, basically, we ordered.

These two end tables from Ashley Furniture, and they had these at other stores, but Ashley promised us that they would have it to us in two days.

So that was on November 3rd of last year, just a couple months ago, and they promised us delivery in two days.

So that would be November 5th.

And we like that, because we had company coming over even before the holidays, and we needed these two end tables.

So basically on our arrival date, they never came, they never called.

They never showed up nothing.

So we called them, and we had to set up another date.

Okay, so we did set up another date.

They text messages us and said, we're gonna be delivering between this time.

And this time I think it was like four days later or something next week.

Maybe it was a week later.

They said, they were gonna deliver these tables.

So they text messages messaged us on those days and said make sure you're home between these certain times.

And it was like a four-hour window.

So we were here we waited for them no call no show up.

No nothing, no courtesy call nothing from them.

And we had plans that we had a readjust just to be home for those four hours so we called them and they you know of course they apologized and stuff they said the computer kicked it out and I said the computer picked it out two days and two times in a row I find that hard to believe okay so as a courtesy they offered us premium delivery where the tables are gonna become set up now they're gonna be assembled and on our next delivery so we said, okay, but that was gonna be another four days later, or something, okay.

So the four days come again, third time, no, show, no call no nothing.

We're home for four hours.

This is this is like the third time now so then they apologize of course.

They offered us a gift card.

A hundred dollar gift card and you know? We were aggravated because we had company coming over, and we had no tables.

We had to use shipping boxes as end tables.

It was like ridiculous so month late well, no cuz there was another delivery time.

This happened four times were they promised us delivery dates where we're home for four hours again, the fourth time, no call, no show up, no, nothing and we're on the phone hours with this company.

Okay? And we got nowhere with them.

So they gave us another gift card for that too.

But now we're learning that these gift cards are basically useless, because you can't use them on sale prices.

And some stores will not even take them.

So that's like a big joke, total joke.

We haven't used them them, but that's what we're hearing? Um, so anyways, the tables arrived, unassembled unassembled, which they were supposed to be assembled because of the inconvenience he had so I told the delivery driver I go.

Why aren't these are supposed to be assembly was I'm, not going to assemble them.

And then he just took off.

So, uh, I was at a town when they finally delivered, um, which was like a month later or something so I was out of town.

So my wife had to hire somebody to put him together so that's the money out of her pocket where they promised us.

They would be assembled.

So one table was assembled.

And the other table was defective the holes didn't line up with the brackets.

So you know, then we called what I called about it.

She turned my head to she we took the took it apart, put it back in the box, my neighbor and I.

And then it was aggravating to him.

He was aggravated.

So he put it back in the box.

And then we called the customer service and they go.

Oh, no.

We need.

You need to take pictures of it.

And to show us where it's not lining up we're, not gonna put that table together when we're no it's, not going to line up.

They did not take our word for it at all.

They didn't believe us basically.

So they sent a check out so - yeah, but that took another three, no that took three weeks Oh couple weeks for the tech to come out to try to put the table together.

Okay, he did come out.

So we're talking like how long now from a two-day delivery, we were talking at least six weeks.

Now, yeah, okay.

We still don't have the tables.

So he tries to put it together, and he couldn't put it together.

He he said, exactly what we said that the holes don't line up.

He said, somebody I'll contact you.

So we they contacted us.

We call him.

We caught them because they didn't contact all right.

They didn't contact us.

So we called them, and they said, okay, your shipments gonna be and we're gonna do an exchange on December 19th.

So December 19th comes and goes.

They said to be home between like 12 and 4.

So we just gave up on them.

They took us for fools too many times.

So we called we called our credit card company, just to cancel, the order so we're gonna dispute with them right now.

So they never call this back tech came out so that's, where we are, we have a few gift cards that we're probably useless because you can't use them on sale prices.

And if you go to Ashley, you know, you're gonna get 10 you're gonna get 20 20, 30, maybe % off.

So I, don't think we're gonna get that percentage off.

We just have to use.

We have to use the full price on the items.

If we choose to buy any and everything's, you know, we Adam, yeah, we're cuz, I, don't want to spend another penny in that store.

So if I have $100 gift card, I'm, not gonna buy something that's a 150 bucks.

And what could you buy for 150 bucks? There? Maybe one lamp, you know, so it's it was ridiculous.

I would never ever go to Ashley Furniture.

Again, total aggravation.

Look at it's been two months now.

And we don't even have our items that was promised us in two days, just to let people know of our experience people that are looking for furniture and to avoid Ashley Furniture at all costs.

It's not worth it in the long run, they promise you stuff that they will not keep their promises on.

They lie to you.

They said, it was going to come assembled.

They didn't.

We had to pay extra money out of our pocket to get that assembled it's it's.

We it cost us more money to go to Ashley than it was worth.

Now, even if they give this the furniture for free, I wouldn't even deal with them in the future to be honest, I mean, I think if they like maybe call to say your furniture is not on the truck or your furniture isn't coming today.

Sorry, I apologize - let me know in advance that would be a different story.

But they made us wait here for for our windows on five occasions, I think and no courtesy call zero.

Nothing that's unacceptable.
